This client wasn’t using their built-in trash cupboard, preferring to keep the trash somewhere else. So we added bins and changed it into a place to hold all the kid’s dishes.
It’s the perfect height for kids to reach and right next to the dishwasher.
Think outside the box about what kind of things can go where. Just because something always has, doesn’t mean it always has to.
Look for areas in your home that aren’t being used to their full potential. Places where there is extra unused space. See if you can move things around to optimize the space you have.
Spices can live in a drawer.
Underwear can be kept in the bathroom.
Hair supplies can be kept in the kitchen.
