Depending on your pantry/kitchen you might consider getting some organizing products to help use the space well. If you have built-in shelves that are too far apart or don’t use the vertical space effectively there are a couple of things you can try.
Here are four ideas for optimizing your space:
- Stackable Shelf Rack or Expandable Shelf Rack will allow you to add another smaller shelf to your existing one.
- Under Shelf Wire Baskets hang below a shelf to store smaller items, and can also be used in a fridge.
- Expandable Tiered shelves are great for stacking canned goods so that you can see what’s in the back.
- You can also add another shelf: It’s pretty easy to go to a hardware store and get pre-laminated wood cut to the size you need at your local hardware store. If you really need to, you can iron on laminate shelf edging to seal an edge. If there are pre-drilled holes all you need are more shelf pegs/pins.
